1) Run from command prompt: C:\Windows\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /uninstall
2) Wait for 10mins and delete the folders - C:\Windows\ccmsetup, C:\Windows\CCM and C:\Windows\ccmcache (if any)
3) If you cannot delete the folders, reboot the computer.
