When you print and encountered the following error:
'Hold for Authentication'
And if you changed your password recently, please do:
Open 'Keychain access'
(application>Utilites>Kechain access)
And delete all 'network passwords' linked to the problem printer.

 NUS Software 

- manually install software center.

- software request (eg: adobe license) 

 Please refer to the steps below to uninstall software center. 

 1) Run from command prompt: C:\Windows\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /uninstall

 2) Wait for 10mins and delete the folders - C:\Windows\ccmsetup, C:\Windows\CCM and C:\Windows\ccmcache (if any) 

 3) If you cannot delete the folders, reboot the computer.

1) C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\Configs

2) edit ServiceConfig.xml using notepad

- change the 2 variables for false to true

3) open notepad (run as administrator)

4) paste whole string to open notepad

5) save and overwrite ServiceConfig.xml.

Printer cannot print double sided(for add local printer)

1) control panel -> show printers and devices
2) right clicked and select printer properties -> Configuration -> check 1) duplexer and 2) tray 2
4) Click General -> Preferences -> select print on Both sides
